How much does a wedding videographer in Vancouver cost?

We quote every wedding individually rather than publish a price list, because the cost follows the day itself — how many hours of coverage you need, whether you want photo and film or just one, how many edits you want at the end, and whether the venue takes us out of Metro Vancouver. Send us the date and a short description of the day and you get a written quote back within one working day.

Do you shoot both photo and video, or only film?

Both, and usually on the same day with the same crew. A wedding is normally covered by a lead camera, a second camera and drone aerials where the venue allows, and you receive a cinematic short film, a longer documentary edit and a full gallery of edited stills. For brand work you get 4K video and high-resolution photography from a single shoot day.

How far ahead should we book our date?

We are booking 2026 and 2027 now, and summer Saturdays in Vancouver tend to go first. If your date is fixed, get in touch as early as you can — you can see which dates are still open on our availability calendar and request one in a couple of clicks. A date is only held once the contract is signed and the deposit is in.

Do you travel outside Vancouver?

Yes. We are based in Vancouver, British Columbia and shoot regularly around Metro Vancouver and the rest of BC, and we travel for weddings and commercial projects across Canada and the United States. Travel and accommodation are quoted transparently as part of the project, never added afterwards.

When do we get the finished film and photos?

Commercial and brand projects usually deliver in two to three weeks. Weddings take longer because of the volume of footage behind a full day of coverage, so we agree the delivery window in writing before the shoot and keep you posted while the edit runs.

How do you deliver the files?

Everything arrives as a private online gallery: you stream the films, browse the photos and download the originals at full resolution, on a phone or a laptop, with a link you can share with family. The gallery stays live for an agreed retention window and we email you reminders before it expires so nothing is ever lost.
